To ensure a seamless setup process and optimal presentation of your property, we have a one-time setup fee of $450. This fee covers essential services such as professional photography for your home, activating and setting up your listing, creating a comprehensive digital inventory of your property, complying with any required signage mandated by local ordinances, and crafting a detailed house book tailored to your home’s unique features. The setup fee can be deducted from your first month’s booking income, streamlining the financial aspects for your convenience.
